I was somehow losing my vitality and not as they now say, showing up in my own life, but always there for everyone else. I put myself last, a pattern of behaviour I had acquired through life’s experiences in effect I was the classic ‘people-pleaser.’ Although I had a rich and interesting life I had no boundaries around saying no and allowed the demands on my time to overwhelm me. I was still trying to help others and not recognise the classic signs of ‘burn out’ in myself. Self care seemed an unnecessary luxury! How wrong I was, selfcare of our emotional health and wellbeing transforms our lives. I have learned the hard way, let me help you to have a gentle journey to feeling balanced, peaceful, and centred.

Life had thrown a set of horrible circumstances on my path that felt unsurmountable, I was encouraged to try EFT (tapping) by my GP’s surgery. This experience had such a powerful impact on me, I quickly gained control of my emotional and physical health, emotional balance, reduced stress and freed myself from my emotional blocks that had underpinned my own unhelpful patterns. You may recognise some too; ‘not saying no, being the troubleshooter and fixer, ignoring symptoms of stress and overwhelm. If you are a ‘people pleaser’ who struggles with boundaries (as I was) you will recognise some of these observations. I am now a passionate EFT practitioner myself!
