Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious?
Maybe you may have tried many ways to feel more at ease and peaceful yet somehow the future still seems too uncertain for you to feel totally at ease. Are you having trouble sleeping or just switching off for relaxation?
Whether you are experiencing a specific problem or something more general, like anxiety or stress, I can help you find a way through to help you feel more peaceful, calm and balanced using a combination of natural healing therapies and techniques that work with your body’s own natural healing ability. Together we will identify the way forward.
Do you want to take that step today? Email me or call and we can explore together to see how I may help and how we could move forward. I am based in Exmouth and practice in local clinics and in Exeter.
I know that moving past old beliefs, habits and emotional blocks can be difficult, and I am here to help you. Get in touch with me to discuss how Reiki, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting can help you.
Usui Reiki
This natural healing treatment clears energy blockages and restores balance throughout the body, leaving you feeling energised, balanced and refreshed. It is an ideal treatment if you really need to relax and find some inner peace. Reiki is a complementary therapy meaning that it can work alongside other treatments you may be having. It does not replace any medical programme or direction from a medical professional.
I am a Reiki Council Verified Reiki Professional Practitioner.
I offer:
- In-person Reiki sessions in Exmouth and Exeter. These are a full-body treatment conducted fully clothed on a massage table or chair.
- The opportunity to learn Reiki for yourself if you are new to Reiki.
- Reiki Techniques workshop if you want to refresh your Reiki skills.
- Jikiden Reiki Usui Reiki teaching original Japanese Reiki
- Reiki mentoring to support your development in your practice
- I also offer Enkaku (distance Reiki).
Head over to my Usui Reiki page for more information about what this treatment can do for you.
EFT and Matrix Reimprinting
EFT and Matrix Reimprinting are both tools for empowerment and transformation, I am here to help you release blocks to help you embrace life more fully. EFT or tapping is a stress reduction technique using the fingertips on specific points on the head and body. This tapping process helps to balance energy and reduce physical and/or emotional pain, leaving you feeling less burdened by difficult emotions. Together we will work to identify a starting point.
Matrix Reimprinting uses tapping as a way in to connect you with the limiting beliefs that you may still be unaware of yet running as a pattern in your life. I draw on a range of gentle techniques to support you to transform limiting beliefs and move forward positively.
Want to know more about what to expect from EFT and Matrix Reimprinting sessions? Take a look at my EFT and Matrix Reimprinting page.

First steps for a Reiki treatment
First Steps for a Reiki treatment
I offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute phone call, arranged at a convenient time for you. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions you may have and see whether Reiki feels right for you.
If you decide you'd like to go ahead, I'll ask you for some information before confirming your first appointment. This is part of my normal client process and enables me to keep the records required for my professional practice and insurance.
I'll also ask about anything that may help you feel comfortable during your treatment, including communication, accessibility or sensory needs. I'm very happy to discuss reasonable adjustments wherever possible.
Once I have the information I need, we'll arrange a suitable time and location for your first Reiki session.
What happens after our conversation
If you decide you'd like to go ahead with Reiki, I'll send you some information about your treatment, including what to expect and how to prepare.
I'll also gather the information I need for your client record. Some of this may already have been covered during our conversation, and we'll complete anything that's needed together at your first appointment.
Before your treatment begins, we'll talk through the session and make sure you are happy to go ahead and give your informed consent.
I offer in person Jikiden Reiki treatments and teaching and Usui Reiki workshops in Exmouth and Exeter for East Devon.
